updating survey responses in a pre and post survey

I want to create a “pre” survey that gathers quantitative data about time-bound projects (length of project, cost, lead staff, etc.). Then I want to have the same person fill out qualitative “post” survey at the end of the program (what worked, what didn’t, would you recommend). Can this be built into one survey and if so, how does the respondent go back to the original survey to add new content at the end of the program period?

Hi @alissah While you could build this into one survey, our forms don’t capture the responses until the respondent clicks the submit button. So, in that case, I would suggest creating two forms.

Do you happen to have their information captured in a CRM? If so, you could then pass in data without needing to ask them for it like this

Hey @alissah! Did the workaround suggested by my friend Liz worked for you? Let us know if it did! Have a great day!
