MY responses are coming in but excluding answers to a required matrix question.

I urgently need assistance please as this is a key question in my survey.

Is there no Typeform support service?? I have a paid account.

    I'm seeing the answer if I access the responses from my Typeform account but not in the repsonse that is automatically emailed to me once the response is submitted. Urgently needing assistance please.
