Problems generating captions from transcriptions

Alejandro Pardo

Hi,

I’m trying to generate captions automatically from transcriptions configuring the transcription language (Spanish - Spain) which is the language of the speakers but results are incorrect. It’s like the platform is using a different language.

Any help?

Thanks,

Alex.

Hi @Alejandro Pardo just re-reading your original message, is it the video responses you are getting that aren’t picking up the language, or have you uploaded a video to the videoask you have built and it’s not giving a Spanish transcript?

Double check you are selecting the language when you first start creating the videoask, if that’s set to Spanish it should be on the lookout for Spanish. Otherwise it defaults to English which could be why the transcriptions are wrong.

Hi @Alejandro Pardo happy Monday! 😊

Did you set the language to Spanish before you started building the videoask?

Hi Grace,

In the general settings ‘yes’, but in the transcription I did it later.
