i would like to know, if the the typeform templates, that come up after a random google serch, are polls created by pepole here at atypeform? or just a preveiw to get to know the site,
and if yes, how can i make my typeform for a template?

It’s a pilot program to see if there’s interest in users submitting their Typeforms as templates — With a prize to boot!
Hopefully one day we can get something like this on the roadmap in the future.

which templates are you referring to? There is a list of templates on Typeform website here:
https://www.typeform.com/templates/
When you click any of the templates you will see “Use this template” button. You can use it to create your own typeform based on the template.
+5If you want to use a template for your own typeform you just click the button. For example on this page:
https://www.typeform.com/templates/t/user-persona-survey-template/
You just click the black button:
