We would like to build a kind of “friendly user group” or “customer advisory board” in a B2B environment and I am searching for a template where potential users could fill out specific information about themselves and their business. At the end this form should provide a “accept privacy rules” page.
Does a similar template for this kind of forms exist? Especially the privacy topic might be critical for our users and the process itself.
