Results showed in End Screen

Hey group, is there a way to show my users taking a survey right after they finish the result of the survey? I am trying to add it to the end screen after the survey ends but I am having a lot of difficulties. Please let me know what could be done. I tried tying it to a results summary report but that just showed the answers they selected but not the result of the survey.
