Freshdesk Integration

I have set up the Freshdesk Integration however it is not sending data. I have tried all options still having an issues. can you please help?

    Hi @Miranda thanks for stopping by the community! If you haven’t already, have you published the form and submitted a test on the live form? Let us know if that test isn’t working and/or if you’re receiving an error message.
