Results not showing

Hi

We have a form that has been reused from last year.

The date is set to close in Sept 2021.

The link to the form has been sent in an email, when you fill in the form from this link results don’t show.

When you fill in the form from the actual Typeform it works.

Please help!!

From a fellow Typeform member - a couple of questions:

Is your email provider integrated with Typeform? If you did this last year, there may be an issue with the integration. You can correct it by removing the integration and recreating it.
Has the link in your email changed from last year, i.e. did someone create a copy of it in Typeform and are using the copy vs the original?
