Hello!

I have the subscription that let you have 3 users. but I cant invite the third one. So it is me, another person and then I cant let the last one in… it says I need to upgrade my plan. 

How does it work with the users? and I assume they also have all the benefits of the paid version?

I would prefer direct conversation with a support but couldnt get to any, I was just moved around to different stated issues but couldnt find mine among them.

Hi @Sanna Happy Tuesday! You may have already added the allotted amount in your overall organization. You can find this out by clicking on your initials in the upper righthand corner → Settings → Members. There, you can see in total how many users you’ve already invited.
