I mistakenly subscribed to an annual plan.


I mistakenly subscribed to a Yearly plan. 590 doller.I want to downgrade to a monthly plan somehow. I don't care if I have to pay a penalty. Please help me.

On September 16th, 2024, we mistakenly activated an annual plan and received the invoice with the number IN-2024-824954, for a total amount of 302.50 EUR. We would like to switch this plan to the monthly plan and proceed with the cancellation of the annual plan.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could process the corresponding refund and assist us in switching to the monthly plan.

We look forward to your prompt response and assistance.
