recently upgraded to basic, I need Buisiness but I can't seem to pay monthly?

Hello - I’m mid launch, I upgraded to basic last week and paid for the year, I realise that I need the data from the people who started their form but dropped off, I can only get this on businesss so just tried to upgrade again this time monthly, and its telling me that business will only kick in from the 7th feb next year when my annual basic finished. please can someone help. I obviously need the data nowm not in a years time! I wish there was a chat help function on here.
