I'm not sure I understood your question. As far as I can see, you added a video to your file upload question, but if you don't want the file upload space to be there, then you'd have to change the kind of question.
What is the expected behavior you want on this situation? For your respondent to watch the video and move on to the next question? If yes, then I suggest you change this question from file upload to statement. Then, make sure to publish your form again so the changes will be updated.
