PDF Print Formatting

Hello!

Our company loves Typeform, but when we need to print to PDF, the page breaks don’t align with the information on the form. So, once exported, information is missing (hidden by the margins & page breaks).

Is there a way to avoid this?

Thanks!!

Hi @LaunchPointCo Thank you! It looks like from the screenshot, the summary report is being printed, which only shows the open-ended questions on the online version but not the printed version. You can read more about this here

If that’s the case, then this is expected behavior.

You would instead need to use a third-party integration to print the open-ended questions. You can view some of the third-party integrations that might work for this here

Hi @LaunchPointCo Could you share a screenshot of what you’re printing? Thanks in advance!

Sure thing!

It looks like I don’t have the option to attach a file, but I’ve taken a screenshot. There are some instances where we need to print the PDF versions - that’s where we run into the primary issue.

Hope this helps! :)

just a thought @LaunchPointCo - you could connect the form to Google Sheets and create a report either in Sheets or use an add-on like Document Studio which would merge the data into google doc or slides merge doc, convert it to pdf and send it off in the email if you like..

just a thought
