Lost workspace & form

Hi, I lost my workspace and form.
When i connect to my account, its like I never connected before. When I go to my form (published and tested a few times since a few days), i have this message : “Sorry, you can't access this typeform until its creator says so.”. But I did it ! Any idea where it disappeared ? 

(It was already connected to Notion an my mail with Zapier. It also included a Calendly.)
