Typeform editor and form questions do not match


Hi,

 

The questions I wrote in the typeform editor are not accurate/up to date when someone goes to fill in the form. But the questions are up to date in the editor. This link does not show the right questions: https://dialogue2.typeform.com/to/kN2ud3Ml. But when I log in and edit the questions, they are up to date. I have screenshots but I cannot share our survey questions here, could support reach out so I can show the screenshots please? 

I have also contacted you about this issue last week, not sure if you received it, but our Team would need to leverage this typeform by the end of the week, could you please get back back to us before then?

@Heloise P - unfortunately, unless @Liz or @Gabi Amaral can say otherwise, Typeform Support needs the tickets submitted by the email account of the owner and will respond back to them through that email address. If you submitted the ticket under your own email address on behalf of the account, that may slow down the process.. 

all i can suggest is that the person owning the account (re)submit the account and ask support to cc you on the details when they do respond..

@Heloise P - just a quick question: have you published the typeform yet? that is typically the cause of this type of error. 

if you have and this error still occurs, i suggest you raise a ticket with Typeform Support at this link

@john.desborough Hi, thank you for your feedback. The typeform is published but the same issue is still happening. I have reached out to support but did not receive a reply.

@Heloise P - they will get to you as soon as they can. I know they try to get to requests as quickly as possible but they do have an “order of priority” that they follow.. hopefully someone will get back to you soon

@john.desborough Yes I totally understand. Another issue is that I do not have access to the mailbox associated with our company Typeform account and the person that has access said that no response has been received. i would like to be able to receive it directly in my mailbox instead of theirs, do you know how to do that?
