I am using the free version of Typeform. I set the “Phone number question” on my survey. When dowloading the answers report, I only have characters as an answer and not the number.
Do you know why this is happening?

If you are using Excel or similar spreadsheet, try increasing the column width and changing the format to number or phone number. Sometimes the narrow column width creates a strange series of numbers and characters.
