I send a daily quiz to my users through a WhatsApp group (as a link to a Typeform). I want be able to track inputs from each user them so I can give them feedback on their progress. How can I recognize users without asking them to enter their email address every time? Is there anything like a “login with Facebook” or way to capture their number that I can do to identify individual responders?

Our forms aren’t able to recognize past respondents, so you’ll need to pass the information into the Typeform through an option like hidden fields. If you have a CRM system, they can usually input that information into the URL for you. Though, if you’re sending through Whatsapp, you’ll need to manually enter their information into the URL to pass that data through.
