Dear Typeform Team,

Is Ranking Questions available for free accounts?

Hi @Sally Iya ,

From a fellow community member 😊

Yes, you should have access to Ranking Questions in the free version. Can you share a screenshot or video of what you’re encountering? I’m happy to help further if I can.

Thank you!

Hi @vickioneill

Thank you so much for helping! I’m using the free version but I can’t find the Ranking Questions after the Hidden Fields (see screenshot). What should I do? Thank you!

Ah, you’re using the Classic builder which doesn’t have a direct ‘Ranking’ question like the new version does.

Here are a couple of possible work arounds:

  1. Use the Rating option and restrict the number of options to choose from (and prevent multiple selections of the same answer)
  2. Use Picture Choice with applied Logic Jump (keep it to 3-4 to keep the creation process easy)
  3. If you have a long list, using Multiple Choice can work. Here’s a very helpful article that shows you how to use this option.

Will any of these work?

Also, here’s what it looks like with the new design:

Hi @vickioneill

Thank you for the response.

I think you forgot to send the article link for point no. 3
Is the New Builder available for free versions? How can I activate it?

You are absolutely correct - my apologies!! Here is the article.

Yes, the New Builder is available to free accounts. You should be able to start a new Typeform and have the new format be available. Have you tried that?
