My subscription is renewed without announcement. I’m not using typeform anymore. I forgot i had it ;-) Now my creditcard is charged for 700 dollar. I don’t think it is allowed to renew for an other year without announcement and the possibility to end the subscription. I would like to end my subscription immediately and that the payment will be refunded. Does anyone know who i have to inform to get this done?

The same happened to me, this very disrespectful. Now a have a huge charge in my credit card. Please a already sent an email to the support but I'm very anxious about this I'm a student and 420 dollars is a lot of money, please review this feature of yours. SEND A CONFIRMATION EMAIL BEFORE CHARGING.
