I want to build a bank of 1000 exam prep questions and have them randomized for users. That I know I can do in typeform.
But I would like each user to only get 180 or fewer questions each use.
How would I do that?

Randomizing questions and taking x amount of questions out of a total number of questions aren't available features at Typeform. However, a few workarounds to solve this were shared in this thread. It might be useful for your use case too.
