Hello folks!
Last year, the team at Reckon were looking for a new way of connecting with their customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and confirm which direction to take the product roadmap in 2024.
Kelly Jennings, Head of Research and Design, and Kristina Hedberg, Product Designer, decided the best way would be to launch an annual customer feedback survey to send out to all existing customers. The goal? To challenge business assumptions and gather actionable insights.
Nearly a year on, I caught up with Kelly and Kristina to find out how they went about building out the survey in Typeform, what the results were, and how they’re using the insights collected to inform business decisions.
📺 Discover how:
“It was so exciting when we finally launched the Typeform survey. I was basically sitting there refreshing the results page every five minutes. We’d spent so long mapping things out and planning it. So it was really exciting to see the results come through.” - Kristina Hedberg
The Reckon team were so pleased with the results they decided to enter their form into our 2024 Typeform Awards, and–they won the Research Excellence Award! 🏆
We really loved learning about Reckon’s journey with Typeform, and can’t wait to hear how the survey goes this year 💛 You can check out the full Reckon customer story on the Typeform blog.
