First time using the platform. Not much of a tech wiz. I need help making sure I get an email every-time my form gets completed. And set up an email that informs the recipient that their form was received.

You can go to Setting→Notifications and set up emails (for you and/or the respondents) that will be sent each time a form is submitted. You can personalize the email content and even choose which questions you want to include in the email.:relaxed:

I am not showing that “SETTINGS” option.


@fence brokers inc - look for the gear icon… that is the settings menu.. then choose Follow-ups .. as notifications have now moved under there..

This took me a while to find…

 

It is not in “Your Settings” in the upper right.

 

When you are editing your form’s design, find the gear to the right of ”Add content” in the toolbar on the top.
