I’m not sure how to search for what I would like to see so I’m trying to explain it here;

We have a quiz with 5 questions, each good answer is 1 point. You only get to an ending once you have answered all 5 questions (max. 5 points to earn).

  • Ending A: 0-2 points
  • Ending B: 3-4 points
  • Ending C: 5 points.

I’m able to assign points to each answer, I understand how to connect and how to add conditions/logic. But I can’t seem to find how I have to set things as described above?

Hi @Merkmanagers This is a great question! Welcome to the community. 😀

When you’re setting up the logics on the form, on the very last question, you’ll want to set up logics like this:

You’ll do this for each set of numbers, setting the logic to be:

  • If the score is greater than 0 AND less than or equal to 2, go to Ending A
  • If the score is greater than or equal to 3 AND less than or equal to 4, go to Ending B
  • If the score is equal to 5, go to Ending C

Hopefully this helps!

Hi Liz,

Thank you for your response!

Very clear at first sight, but I’ve been trying to set it like this and I have the following issue (see attached). The moment I assign points to answers (under Quiz and scoring

> Score quiz) my 3 different endings get connected for some reason and I can’t select them under custom logic anymore.

Edit: for some reason I can’t upload a screenshot, you can check it here; https://snipboard.io/6NjbAs.jpg

Oh interesting. I haven’t seen that before, @Merkmanagers . Do you happen to be using an outcome quiz? And if not, do you mind sharing a screenshot of how you have your form questions setup and/or form settings? There might be a test/change that I’m not aware of that’s affecting this.

Sure thing! Check these;

I’ve only used multiple choise questions.

Huh, for some reason my response didn’t get through moderators? I can’t upload a image and apparently can’t send them as links either. How can I best provide you with some screenshots?

Hi @Merkmanagers You should be able to drop it right into the comment here or the link service you used in the previous response worked well!

I don’t know why it’s giving me a hard time, I’ll try again with the first app:

Hi! Did you by any chance have had the time to look into this yet?

Hi @Merkmanagers Apologies for the delay - I was out sick right after the holiday here in the US. I’m asking our tech team about this, as I can’t quite figure out why it wouldn’t be allowing you to select endings!

Thanks! Don’t worry, it’s alway unclear how things work with different timezones

🤣 No kidding! One last question - do you mind sending a screenshot of how you have the scoring setup? I’m not totally sure if this is part of the issue, but it may help us get to the bottom of it, @Merkmanagers .

Yup; https://snipboard.io/IieQCF.jpg

Only the correct answers got a score as ‘0’ isn’t counted.

 Ah! Ok, I see the issue, @Merkmanagers . Thanks for all the screenshots and sorry for all the back and forth. When you set the score like this, you’ll need to set a score for every option, even if it’s 0. Then, you’ll set the ends like this where you click into the endings to adjust what scores match which endings:

Ah thanks! This works

Weird thing though, is that when entering a 0 in the score, it is immediately gone when scrolling up and down or saving the score. The field resets to ‘score’ instead of keeping the 0.

I noticed that, too, @Merkmanagers , but I think once you add in the 0 once, it should then give you the ending options like it did for me!
