Hi guys,
I'm creating a feedback survey and I want to add a checkbox at the end that people can use to give us permission to follow up through WhatsApp afterwards. I don't want to ruin the conversion rate and therefore just add it to the ending or the last question, so I don't have to create a whole question page for it.
Is there anyone that has a solution for this that doesn't contain adding a whole new question?

What you might consider is that in your email notification back to the user upon submit, you could ask them if they would like to set up the follow up and provide a link in the email that enables the WhatsApp linkage… or that would take them to a follow up Typeform that asks that question and allows the user to provide their opt-in permissions.
