difference between free and basic

hi everyone I’m new here

I’ve created a free survey and then converted to a basic plan once I was ready to send the survey, to a basic plan. I’m not seeing much difference? Am I missing something other than $290AUD?….

Hi @kt002 That’s a great question! The biggest difference is the amount of responses you can collect. On the Free plan, you can only collect 10. On the Basic, you can collect up to 100. You can read more about the Free plan here and the Basic plan here to get a run down of the differences.
