Facebook Domain Verification

Hello,
We have verified our domain from Typeform “xxxxxx.pro.typeform.com" in our Business Manager.

Unfortunately, we no longer have access to the Business Manager (where we verified our domain) and now we would like to register the domain in another new Business Manager, how can we solve this?

Thanks!
Best regards
Yea

Hi @Yea Happy Fri-yay! I believe you will need to contact Facebook support for help with this since they have access to the business manager. They might be able to help you remove the verification on the other account so you can add it to your new one.

Hi @Yea You could change the URL, but it’s good to note that this would change the URL for all your forms in the account. This article here can walk you through changing the URL on your form.
