I want to send customised follow up emails depending on survey respondents’ answers to a specific question, I’ve found a help article that describes exactly what I want to do...but my settings bar doesn’t have “Follow ups” as an option, only “Notifications”. How do I access follow ups?

Though, to force the new feature on previously existing forms, you can delete and turn off any existing notifications, then click publish. Afterwards, the form will update with the new follow-up feature.

Here’s what I’m seeing. This is an old survey so I think that’s why - I tried duplicating it and “Follow ups” appeared in the new version.
I’ve tried editing and republishing to see if that made “Follow ups” appear, but it didn’t. Is there anyway to get the settings to update for an old form or do I just have to use the duplicated version? That would be a ton of extra work for me so I’d like to avoid if possible!
