I have had a premium account for several months but need to move to the free version due to difficult financial times. How can I do that with my current form? Can I simplify it (no logic) and set it up as a contact form? TYSM!

Hi @mimi. Welcome to the Typeform Community and I'm sorry to hear about the difficult financial times.

To cancel your plan, you can follow the step by step from this Help Center article: How to change or cancel your Typeform subscription. When you do that, any form that is using paid features will become private.

Here you can find the features available for you after cancelling your plan: Free plan.

To be able to publish your form again, you'll need to remove any paid feature you were using. Once done, just publish your form and you can continue collecting data.
