help!

Hi ​@Anne Wiseman thanks for reaching out, this is definitely possible with Typeform, and there are a few different ways to approach the set up, depending on the outcomes you need. Typeform has scoring features which would allow you to calculate how the teachers are doing and show them a result with guidance on where they need to improve. I’m wondering if using our Knowledge Quiz feature would be a good option for you? Have a look at this Help Center guide and see whether that would work.

Thanks Grace I’ve looked at the video and gone through the instructions but I’m not sure this is exactly what I want.

the knowledge quiz you suggest is based on there being a right answer. What I want is for teachers to see the results are of their own self assessment. So for example if they put between 1 and 2 for alll the questions in section 1 , ( there are 5 questions asking them to self assessment their knowledge  of English language) what is the mean average for that section? So how are they doing ? Based on that average there would be a comment directing them to a next stage.

so it is not a knowledge test with a right or wrong answer. 
can Typeform accommodate the type of survey I need ?

I see, thanks for clarifying ​@Anne Wiseman. I believe you could use a numeric question type, like Rating, Opinion Scale or Number and then use variables and branching to find the average score. You could then use Recall information to display the result in the form. 

​@john.desborough have you built something like this before? Wondering if you’ve got a template you could share?
