Hey, what are "Tags"? I see it in the last column

Liz,
I have an assessment that scores results. Can I apply a tag based on the score and then zap it into Kajabi.
Example: People either Qualify or Non-Qualify for my program based on their score. I’d like to “tag” everyone over 40 as Qualified and everyone under 40 Non-Qualify THEN.. zap the entire assessment into Kajabi (which I’m already doing now, just without the tag.
Thoughts?
