How can I set up an answer to a question to collect several emails?

I wish you’d be able to help me on that!

I am currently setting up a quiz. Eventually, the last question is about ‘which people around you would you invite to live this experience with you?’ So if they’re ready to go on and play they fill in five first names/ emails to invite them to participate. The problem is I can’t see any form I can use to set up that kind of “5 emails’ answer.

I hope it’s clear and there is a way to solve my issue!
