How to Create a Comprehensive Progress Survey for Management Training?

Hello, I am a management consultant, and I usually conduct a satisfaction study with my clients at the end of training sessions. TypeForm is excellent for that. However, my clients are asking for a survey to be sent to their employees to assess their progress in management skills. I think it's a great idea, but I don't want to create a separate form for each client.

Is there a way to create a form that would aggregate all the responses (useful for my commercial approach to measure perceived progress) but still allow them to be separated by manager? Thank you.

Hi @Damien R. Happy Monday! Could you use hidden fields to pass in the manger’s name in the form (and thus, separate the submissions by manager), but then have all of the submissions together?
