Hi, I just upgraded to the very expensive business plan for $99 per month and I thought now I can translate my questions. However, it seems there is no feature like that to manually translate questions, it’s only be done by AI. Is this true?

Also, having the user to manually click a “translate” button is also not very intuitive. 

Am I missing something or is this actually like that?

Who is making these weird decisions to implement the AI feature first and the normal way last? It seems like the people who make these decisions have no idea about how tech works. 

Surprise, the AI translations are bad and I just wasted $99.


Hi @imwaitingforages We added the AI translations to help offer more languages than we previously had and add a feature that would translate the forms for your respondents! Thanks to AI, we were able to add this faster rather than if we didn’t have AI capabilities to do so. However, I can definitely understand why editing some of those translations would be helpful! 😅 I’ve added your vote to the request!


Hi @imwaitingforages I hope you’re doing well! I have a bit of an update - we’ve added the option to update the translations manually via the API! You can read the documentation on that here

We’ll be working on adding this into the builder soon, but hopefully this provides a bit of a workaround in the meantime.
