I can't get the yes/no logic jump to work

I’m sure there is a logical solution to this but its driving me crazy and I feel like Ive tried everything.

Its quite simple, 

If Q10 is Yes move to Q11 and after that move to Q13 (I cant get this bit right)

If Q10 is No move to Q12 and after that move to Q13

Ive tried every combination but I cant get it to skip past Q12 if the answer is yes

please help

@kathdawson - on q11 you need to put in the logic rule to always jump to q13. if you don’t have any ‘direction’ on where it is to go, it will go to q12, the next question.
