Is it possible to add more than two email addresses under the ‘Manage From’ section when sending emails to respondents?

We have different email addresses set up for different forms, and we’d like respondents to receive emails from the corresponding address when they complete a form.

For example:

  • Respondents who complete Form 1 should receive emails from Email 1

  • Respondents who complete Form 2 should receive emails from Email 2

Currently, it seems that the “Manage From” section only allows adding one separate email address (not tied to a team seat). Could you confirm if there’s a way to add multiple “From” addresses for different forms?

Hey @Isabella Zhou By default, Typeform sends notification and follow-up emails from a system address (e.g., notifications@followups.typeform.io). You can edit the "Reply to" field to direct responses to different addresses, but the "From" field is not customizable unless you connect a Gmail account. However, you cannot assign different "From" addresses to different forms natively within a single account.

One workaround (other than using multiple Typeform accounts) could be to use Zapier to set up conditional email notifications. With Zapier, you can trigger emails from different addresses based on form responses or which form was submitted. This would allow you to send emails from different connected email accounts (e.g., multiple Gmail or business email addresses) depending on the form, effectively bypassing the current single "From" address limitation in Typeform’s native workflow.

Thanks!
