Multiple Outcomes with a Macaron order form!

I am creating an order form for my client. She bakes macarons. There are multiple options they can chose. It’s best to give an example. Macarons - Specialty Macarons - Tower - cake ---- They chose specialty macarons - now there are 14 different options so my customer chooses chicks and rabbits.
Now I need to know how many of each they want. The choice is dropdown with several options. They chose 12 chicks and 6 rabbits. Now they need to chose the flavours. There are several flavours so with the chicks they chose 6 vanilla and 6 lemon, then for the rabbits they chose 6 raspberry.

As you can see there are multiple outcomes. How do I build this order form?

Hi @Kizzy welcome to the community 😊

Last month we ran one of our Tune-up your Typeform workshops, and one of the forms that was tuned was a cake shop order form, I wonder if it might be helpful to watch it back and see what was done to get some ideas for building out your form?

You can find the recording in this article (it’s the second video) you can skip to around 37.27 to get to the relevant tuning.

We also have some Help Center articles that might help:

Hopefully this all helps with the set up, but let us know if you have questions along the way!

I did check out the video and it was great and I will work with everything they sent, but it didn’t talk about for example the client order a cake and wanted cupcakes as well with the amount of cupcakes and different flavours.
I need some help with that part.

Hi @Kizzy I think you’d need to add an additional question asking if they want to add cupcakes to their order, and if they say yes use logic to send them to a follow up question asking for amount and flavours, or if they say no it would skip them to the following question in the order form.
