Hi. I would like to be able to assign multiple scores to a single answer. For example, lets say that I have 6 score categories or buckets and each answer to a question will add a certain score to each of those ‘categories/buckets’. So answer A. might add 1 point to category 1, two points to category 2 etc.
The form I need to build is more nuanced than simply saying answer A is a score for category 1.
Is this possible?
