Hi. Pictures aren’t working on our typeforms, e.g.
in some forms it doesn0’t work on the starting screen; never works on picture questions.
Are we the only ones with this issue?
Is there a quick fix? We are scheduled to go live tomorrow with this particular one…...

it doesn’t work in edge and firefox, somehow seems to work in chrome (potentially due to cache)
Same issue here. All (background) images are broken and not able to add a new one. When adding a background image it just shows as a white background. Additionally, when looking in the image library, thumbnails show as an empty frame.
I’m experiencing this as well, everything is gone:
Picture question options, background images and everything within the “My Gallery”.
+6I’ve just tested across old, recent and created a couple of new and had no issues.. and no issues reported on status.typeform.com.

I’m having this issue too, images are just showing blank. Even when I use your gallery images it still shows a blank image.
Having the same issue, on a deadline so need it fixed asap if possible! Any info let me know.
It just started working for me all of a sudden. A lot of refreshing the browser and also contacted support although that didn’t seem to go through but not long after it was fixed. Very frustrating though!
+6there was a database upgrade as part of scheduled maintenance of Typeform. the errors you saw may have been spillover from there..
