Position and layout

Question

I'm new to typeform, just purchased the professional plan but I don't seem to have the option to change the position of the question (right, left, middle, etc) or the position of the photo, as shown on the typeform help section or tutorials. In fact, the layout I have looks very very different. Please help!!!

You can't read the answers, and the photo looks veryvery tiny, you can’t even distinguish what the photo is.This is so much different than the view on the desktop version. The way the typeform looks doesn't help and doesn't make the most of all my investment. Kindly advise.
