Hi @Sabine I can see that you’ve set this up in your message settings, but do you have endings on your form? If so, you’ll want to change the text on the ending screens.

Hello! I have the same problem as Sabine.

I am personalizing the system message “Confirmación de envío del typeform” (typeform sent confirmation).

When I preview the form, the end screen shows the message, but when I complete the survey out of the platform, the end screen is “Thanks for completing this typeform. Now create your own — it's free, easy, & beautiful.”

When I add a finaI screen, it also doesn’t show the system message. How can it be showed?  

I looked on the community support and the help webpage and I couldn’t find instructions to show this message…
