someones made changes to this typeform

Why do I keep getting this show? I’m the only one that ever edits my typeforms. When it appears I usually lose all the work I’ve done that session. What’s going on and more importantly how do I stop it happening? Thanks.

The system is normal today, and it can be saved normally.

Update - this is becoming a nightmare! I restarted my machine, logged in, first change I tried to make got the same issue! Help!

I’m facing the same issue now. I’m sure that the form is not opened anywhere else however I’m getting this error.

Hi, I’m having the exactly the same problem. I’m the only user, with one computer and get this every few seconds on my typeform. But at least you had a reply from support when you posted so well done! My typeform has some complex logic and has over 130 questions so based on what Liz said I guess this is too much for the builder to handle.

It’s seems the message is keep your typeform simple!

Hi @Mappyd and @funeng The error message you’re seeing appears when you’ve shared your login with another person. When this happens and they’re editing the form, you’ll see the message like so above. 

If this is not the case for you, you’ll want to contact our support team here for further help.

Liz, it also appears when you’ve never shared your login with another person. Also another user with the same issue said “ I opened a ticket with the support team and they told me they are receiving some similar reports from other Typeform users with the same issue.”

Hi, I am having issues with forms not saving. I click publish and get a message saying NOT SAVED and then get a pop up saying that someone “maybe me” has made changes and I need to reload and leave the page.

Any ideas on why this might be happening?

 

I am on a professional plan and only 1 user 

 

Quite puzzled and a little frustrated as its taking ages to make edits

Hello again, @Mappyd @funeng @johnnylee @olesia @dazza67 ! The support team let me know this might also be related to a bug the product team is working on, so if you haven’t already reached out to support, it may be worth doing so to keep updated on the bug. I’ll also post an update here too once I have it.

It seems that there was a bug in the system, which seems to have been fixed.

It appears the bug is back… cannot use my account again. Same issue and now I cannot even access the site. Pretty frustrating when on deadlines to get work done for clients - hoping the platform becomes a little more stable soon.

Thanks… already have and no response yet. The funny thing is, they said they had a bug the other day… clearly still do, but when you check status they said they have no faults or issues. Love this product, have used it for nearly 6 years… but starting to worry about the reliability and the lack of being able to deal with a support member. Seems they leave it to the community to support each other. instead of owning the issues.
