We have a specific use-case we want to address :
==> We want to give a step-by-step guide (decision-tree) for our community that generates a word document at the end (pre-filled actions plan based on the answers)
Do you know if Typeform or any other tool could be used for that ?

that is akin to what i do when folks do one of the data quality or data governance assessments that i have created in Typeform. (here’s a link to one example - it’s not a perfect match but it does pull details in based on the answers provided by the user)
