Is there a way that I can change the GO text to the word NEXT on the button to advance to the next video question? If so, where do I go to do so?

It’s not possible to change that prompt, I think because it’s for multiple selection that’s why it says OK but can totally see that Next could work depending on context.
I can add this as a feature request and share the feedback to our product team.

You can also edit other text prompts within a videoask via the settings option in the builder area - we have this Help Center article which talks you through how to customize your videoask.
