How can I skip this - I have a payed plan. VIDEO ASK

Hey @phio welcome to the community!

You should be able to toggle off the contact form within the step, under the answer type it will have the option to turn off the contact form if you don’t need it, or edit it if you want to make changes to it.

Hi @phio ðŸ‘‹

I noticed from your screenshot that you also enabled the consent checkbox on the contact form at some point. Maybe you were just testing that out, but if you'd like to use that feature and want to ask for consent without collecting the respondents name and email address, you can do that too. You’d just need to click on the eye icon next to the name and email address fields when editing the contact form to hide them. You can read more about that here.
