Is it possible to record in higher quality. Most of the videos we are getting through are pretty grainy and don’t really work for us. We have changed the record mode to upload instead of stream but the wait time is a little long. Any way to stream upload with higher quality upload?

At the moment we just have those two options for recording: streaming or upload. I would definitely recommend the upload option for collecting higher quality responses but do understand there can be a bit of a delay.
We have this Help Center article for best practices for getting the most out of your video responses, which you may have already seen but thought I’d share the link just in case it’s useful.
