Hello,

My business involves emailing people links with VideoAsk questions embedded.  The VideoAsk responses trigger zapier Zaps to kick off other steps.  If I need to do maintenance on the whole stack/process, the best way to ensure no answers come through for a period would be to pause/stop my VideoAsk so no one can submit an answer for an hour or two while I do maintenance.  I am having trouble where to “turn off” or pause a VideoAsk - stop accepting responses.  Can you point me in the right direction?

Hi @Jeanne Dimmick great to have you back here 😊

There’s isn’t a pause option but I think it would work the same to use the schedule a close date feature and then re-start it once you’ve finished any maintenance. If you go into the videoask Settings, under the General tab there’s an option to schedule a close date.

We have a Help Center article here which walks you through setting everything up, and then reactivating the videoask.

Let me know if that would work for you!
