Mulitiply personal contact data collection forms

Firma Mes

Hi there,

I have a problem. The way Videoask is now designed, it is -from what I see- impossible to create some last questions like “I want to stay updated on the project”, “I can be emailed for extra questions”, “My voice can be used in the project” “none of the above”… I need this since I am using it for a research for a theatre project… I needed to put these sentences into answer options, but some of these answer options need to lead to the data collection form, which can only be automated for all the answer options i filled in as mentioned above. But for example for one or two answer options they do not need to be leaded to that form, because it is only linked to these but I do need to make them check a consent box (as is not possible to separate from the contact details collection form). The form further needs to be anonymously. Can someone help me out with this?

Hey @Firma Mes 😊

Could you create a final step with these options using the multiple choice question type, and then use logic to route the answers that need to go to data collection and the ones that don’t?

For the consent checkbox, it’s not possible to have this without the contact form. Did you mean that you don’t want to collect contact details - when you said the form needs to be anonymous? Perhaps you could create a step with a button answer type, as a workaround, to give consent?
