And great question! What kind of device did you record your video on? 

When the video gets uploaded VideoAsk will optimize for playback which can make changes to the color profile or quality of the video, especially if it’s been recorded on a 4k/hdr device. 

The best way to get around this is to export the video to a computer as an mp4 file with 1920x1080 resolution and then upload the video into VideoAsk.
