So today I lost 26 answers after a survey as Typeform never reflected the answer on “results”

Yes, everyone submitted it, I checked one by one and after 30 min of no updates, I tried a test that never went through. What can I do? I’m desperate as I trusted this platform to give me the results on the spot.. it’s been 3 hours.

Hey @astrolabs sorry to hear this. I’ve checked and there were no reported data outages with Typeform yesterday, so it’s tricky to know what could be the problem without being able to look at the form itself in the backend. My suggestion would be to contact the Typeform Support team if you haven’t already and they can investigate for you.
