Hi there,
I am integrating a factfind with Excel with the aim to mail merge information to use on MS Word doc template letters requiring the basics of name, address, DOB, and marital status. I am using the address type question but that information is not pulling into the excel sheet.
I had previously been asking for addresses with long text question type but found that clients would only put in bits of the address or just the postcode.

Any assistance appreciated, or can you suggest another integration that would be better to put information onto templates?
